About the Workshop

A hands-on two-day workshop on FTP methodologies, best practices, value propositions, and implementation challenges.

Establishing and maintaining effective transfer pricing policies is a key challenge in today's increasingly competitive international financial services sector. There are also many different techniques for establishing efficient transfer pricing systems within a financial institution. This is further complicated by the numerous issues involved, from the requirements of shareholders and risk management to the allocation of capital.

This practical workshop examines how to successfully implement Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) at a commercial bank. The workshop will cover the various aspects of implementing FTP, including overcoming obstacles, securing buy-in from relevant bank stakeholders, transfer rate calculation methodologies and decision-making processes. The focus of the workshop will provide valuable lessons such as best practices, successful case studies as well the pitfalls, identifying current trends which deals with the subject in a highly practical manner, ready for immediate and profitable application.
